Each wine will be paired with delectable bites, thoughtfully curated by Mary Dodson and skillfully executed by Chef Michele Free, designed to echo and elevate every sip.

But the night doesn’t stop at the glass. Ian is also an accomplished musician and songwriter, and for one unforgettable evening, he’ll take the stage alongside Houston’s award-winning songstress Britney Doyal. This marks their first live performance together—an intimate, electric collaboration destined to become one of those “I was there” moments you’ll be talking about long after the final note fades.
