*Member agrees to automatic monthly credit card transactions on the 1st day of every month for 12 consecutive months with the card on file.

*Monthly Membership per chosen level is for a 12 Month Term beginning from your first credit card charge. Each Membership is granted 2 separate opportunities to place their account on Hold for a single month due to not being able to pick up orders at the designated times. A minimum 14 Day advance written notice of Hold Status must be provided to stop the credit card charge for that month.

*All orders require Members to physically pick up monthly orders at Reata Cellars Tasting Room 633-B W. 19th Street Houston, Texas 77008. All orders will be available for pick up on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 10:00PM. Any Active Member orders not picked up within 72 hours from the designated pick-up time is subject to a $20.00 storage fee. Orders must be picked up by the Member on file, unless that Member notifies Reata Cellars in writing of other arrangements.

*Reata Cellars Wine Club Memberships are non-transferable.

*Credit Card Payments that are denied by the issuing financial institution will be attempted to re-process one time. Continued denial will result in Membership cancellation.

*Reata Cellars, LLC and it’s employees, professional guest speakers, distributors and importers are not responsible for any medical or legal issues that may result from the consumption of the products offered through it’s club membership.

*Reata Cellars, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions as needed at our sole discretion. Active Members will be notifies in writing within 30 days of any changes.

*Reata Cellars, LLC reserves the right to refuse Membership to any individual or group for any reason.
